No certification or regulatory approval
No regulator, proposed issuer, independent laboratory or security assessor has certified, approved or endorsed OKEYHAN. Repository test evidence and readiness documents are engineering preparation only; they are not a licence, certificate, legal opinion or regulator decision.
No production or real-money approval
No production deployment, real-money operation, operator go-live or market access has been approved. Real-money activity remains technically disabled and requires independent legal, licensing, laboratory, operator and production-change approvals.
Before any application or launch
Qualified counsel must confirm the appropriate authority, licence category, entity, markets and application route. Corporate evidence, provider infrastructure, independent testing, an executed casino-operator agreement and formal operational acceptance also remain required.
